Mr. Mohammed Mahnashi serves as ICT Consultant at Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), with focus on Strategic Planning, Quality Assurance and Enterprise Architecture. Prior to his time with MOFA, Mohammed served as ICT Consultant at Ministry of Finance and as CIO at Saudi Digital Library at Ministry of Higher Education.
