Dr. Mustafa H. Qurban

Biography

Dr. Qurban currently works as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Director at King Fahd Military Medical Complex (KFMMC) Dhahran, KSA. He is an executive leader with more than 29 years of technology experience. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Brunel University. Dr. Qurban, key accomplishments: Hospital Digital Transformation, Lead system developers to successfully develop in-house Hospital Information System (HIS) that recently passed HIMSS stage 6 as the first system developed in the Middle East which receives stage6 Award. He has initiated and deployed successfully multimillion innovative healthcare related technology projects to improve healthcare delivery and patient safety.
Dr. Qurban carried out successfully many other projects such as E-Health Cloud computing development and Implementation, Telecommunication and Innovation, Business Process and Re-engineering for Block chain, Information Security.
Dr. Qurban actively participates in a number of national and regional conferences as an invited speaker. He received many awards as one of the top CIO in Middle East.
