Biography

A Healthcare IT leader with over a 7 years of experience in digital health, healthcare informatics and medical imaging informatics . in his current role as the Director Corporate Medical Imaging informatics at Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGAH), Faiz is providing an digital insight and  leadership to multiple medical imaging service areas including : Radiology , Cardiology ,Obstetrics and Gynecology, Endoscopy and others.  Faiz has lead the HIMSS Digital Imaging Adoption Model in Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs idea from conception to the successful achievement of first in the world stage 6 site. He is a PROCI certified Change management professional by and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He handles the responsibility for the adoption  implementation , operation , strategic planning and innovation of medical imaging solutions such as : enterprise imaging , cross site sharing and reporting , digital photo processing , clinical decision support system in medical imaging , artificial intelligence, and medical imaging analytics strategies.  Over the past few years Faiz has been an active member of the implementation of electronic medical records in all MNGHA sites as well as an active member of implementing the HIMSS EMRAM, and HIMSS O-EMRAM at MNGHA in Riyadh.
